DEEPHOUSE-HOPKINS, TINA MARIE Age 53, passed away on Monday, May 19, 2014 after a long, courageous battle and lifetime struggle with many health issues. Tina was born in Muskegon on May 16, 1961 to parents Thomas and Nancy (Carden) Deephouse. She enjoyed many things like reading verses from the Bible, collecting angel figurines, being on Facebook, and visiting the beach and casinos. Most of all, Tina loved all people, especially her children and family. Tina will be lovingly remembered by her three children, Shannon (Larry Pennington) Deephouse, Dustin (Andrew Prater) Deephouse, Michael Hopkins; mother, Nancy (Louie Martinez) Deephouse; siblings, Wendy (Thomas) Whitaker, Thomas (Noreen Lieb) Deephouse; grandchildren, Riley, Ethan; special friend, Harold; many other friends; and her dog, Chance. She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Deephouse. A funeral service will take place at 11 AM on Thursday, May 22, 2014 at Ever Rest Funeral Home & Chapel (1783 E. Keating Ave., Muskegon). The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 from 6-8 PM at the funeral home, and again one hour prior to the service on Thursday, beginning at 10 AM. Memorial contributions may be given to the Noah Project in her memory. -
